Nick Busalachhi is the highlight of the entire restaurant. Fantastic customer service, always treats me and my family with respect and is always a joy to speak to. Absolutely recommend the entire place.

An outrageous amount of surprisingly good food for the price and the service was super friendly.
I gave them 4 stars because they're very good at what they do. If you're expecting a world class steak for 15 bucks then you're going to be disappointed. If you go in expecting a fun casual atmosphere with passable steaks, excellent sides and a lot of fun then you will be happy.
I usually get the chicken fried chicken with the gravy on the side. It's huge, hit and delish. The sides are all pretty decent but the chili and salad are both excellent as are the mashed and baked potatoes. -

So I ordered the combo appetizer for $9.99 using this coupon offered in the savearound greater milwaukee coupon book. It does say appetizer "of your choice" right on the coupon. The manager told me that they would only take $6.99 off. This is NOT a $6.99 off appetizer coupon nor does it have any restriction as to which appetizer. Half the appetizers on the menu cost more than $6.99. Then I get the check and they only took $5.99 off until I brought it to their attention. Seriously!? I ordered over $60 worth of food and drinks. wonder why they only have a 3/5 star rating - lost a customer over a few dollars.

Upon arrival we were sat at a booth that was allegedly clean but had some nasty sticky goobers on it that I can only assume was gravy. The waitress showed her irritation when I asked her to clean it up. She did a sub par job of it and,I had to use my napkin to finish the job. She left my side of the table wet and unappealing. The table top is still kind of sticky so I had to set,my silverware on the drink napkins out of concern for foodborn illness. This place is hit and miss on service. Management need to address issues like this

This is the first time I have ever walked out of a Texas Roadhouse, I don't walk out of other restaurants either, for that matter.
I sat at the bar, which was half full, for an extended period of time. Only to watch bartenders walk by multiple times. Now I understand if they are making drinks, or serving others at the bar. But to be completely ignored is not right. If they are truly busy just say, "I will be with you in just a moment." I hate to post something negative about Texas Roadhouse. But this was not a good showing.
